Natali is a 35-year-old woman dedicated to selling hair, facial and body products. In her story she tells of the growth of her business, her experience working in a team and the role that social networks and instant messaging applications have played in increasing her sales. This visionary woman established a distribution model for her products based on a network of more than 200 women in Itagüí, Antioquia, a strategy that has challenged her to increase her supply capacity. She has leveraged her capital through credit, achieving sustained business growth.
